Policies

Catering Rentals

The Pinery can coordinate the rental of glassware, flatware, china, tents, etc. Please coordinate with the Pinery to book all your party needs without occurring any handling fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks in advance to book rentals.

Liquor

The Pinery can arrange a discounted liquor program to be delivered to your event and managed by the Pinery. Bartenders and additional Service Staff are available to help control and monitor liquor distribution to your guests. The Pinery assumes no legal responsibility for the purchase or serving of alcoholic beverages. The Pinery does not serve alcoholic beverages to minors. If a minor is found consuming alcoholic beverages , The Pinery reserves the right to terminate the bar function at the host’s expense. All cash/hosted bars must accompany food and beverage provided by The Pinery.

Staffing and Station Attendants

All of our catered events have the opportunity to have a chef’s presence or waitstaff. Pricing for each are for Bartenders, Chef Attendants, and additional Waitstaff: each one is $15.00 per hour, with a minumum of two hours.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Once consultation and date have been arranged, a 20% deposit is required on all events. The 20% deposit is non-refundable and cancellation must be made seven (7) working days prior to the event date. Payments made above the 20% initial deposit will be refunded in full, if cancellation has been made prior to the seven (7) days. Any cancellations after the seven (7) day grace period will result in all payments made to The Pinery, non-refundable. The initial deposit is credited towards the final billing. All drop-off catering payments will not be refundable if cancellation is made in less than 48 hours.

Service Fees and Policies

The Pinery does not charge additional service fees. Gratuities will be left up to the client. A gratuity estimate will be presented at the time of the event.

Security and Liability

The Pinery will exercise all reasonable care to safeguard property/individuals while during the catered event. However, The Pinery shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may be sustained by reason of occupancy during the event.

Delivery

  1. Delivery and Drop off. Service in quality disposable ware with disposable service utensils.
  2. Delivery and set up with catering staff, linens, chafing dishes, all equipment, and staff for set up, restock and breakdown for up to 2 hours.
  3. Same set up as option #2, but add china, cloth napkins, flatware, stemware, and additional staff for bussing as needed.

Delivery fees are intended for smaller orders and are based upon zip code area. The following chart will help determine the applicable charge for delivering to your area. A delivery fee will be added to all drop off orders of $500.00 or less.

We include Quality disposable plates, utensils and napkins with every delivery.

Are there additional Service Fees?

No Hidden or additional fees. No Service Fees, no pre determined gratuity. We sell quality food with superior service, with out the extra charges.
